Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for capitalatlass.com (“CapitalAtlass”, “we”) is Lucas Constantino Mari, Valencia, Spain. Contact for any privacy matter: admin@capitalatlass.com.
What data we collect and why
- Contact form and email. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and keep the conversation for up to 12 months. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
- Advertising. We use Google AdSense. Google may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and cookie or advertising identifiers to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this happens only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)); elsewhere Google may rely on other bases. Google acts as an independent controller: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner sites.
- Technical logs and security. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request data in server logs to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Search Console. We use Google Search Console (via Site Kit) to see aggregated search performance. It does not place cookies on your device.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not run user accounts for visitors, and comments are disabled.
Affiliate links
Some guides contain affiliate links. If you click one, the partner may use cookies to record that you came from CapitalAtlass. We do not receive your personal data from the partner, only aggregated commission reports. See our Legal Notice for details.
Who receives data
Our hosting provider (as processor), Google (AdSense, Search Console) and, when you click an affiliate link, the partner you visit. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or UK you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing admin@capitalatlass.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; ad personalization by Google may count as “sharing”. You can opt out through Google My Ad Center, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing admin@capitalatlass.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
